Please note that the smallest shell stand size available is 2 x 1 sqm.

Shell stand space is priced at £105 sqm (Some premium sites are priced at £115 sqm).

Trestle tables are available in the Christmas Shopping Village (numbers limited). All other trestles are now sold out.

FLOORPLANS & PRICES

Set in 812 acres of the High Gosforth Park Estate, Newcastle Racecourse is situated just three miles from Newcastle city centre and is easily accessible by road, rail and air.

The racecourse offers a beautiful yet practical site for the Living North Christmas Fair 2008 and comprises of over 1,600 sqm of exhibitor space, bars, food and refreshment outlets, ample free parking and disabled access.

Every level of exhibitor can be accommodated and bespoke packages are available to suit any budget.

TERMS & CONDITIONS for Exhibitors

Stands

Under no circumstances must anything be nailed, screwed or glued to the shell scheme panels or metal framework of the stand. All damage will be charged to the exhibitor at full replacement cost.

Graphics can be attached to stands direct with velcro fixings, available for purchase on-site.

Name boards

Exhibitors booking shell scheme sites should complete and return the name board order section on the application form (which will be sent out a few weeks before the fair). Name boards cannot be changed on-site.

Corner Sites

All corner sites will be open to the gangways with fascias and name boards to the perimeters of the stand.

Island Sites

Stands that are open to gangways on all sides are classed as island sites and will have fascias to the perimeter of the stand with ceiling supports and vertical uprights within the stand where deemed necessary. Exhibitors with large stands should check where these ceiling beams and uprights will be positioned.

Multiple Stands

All multiple stands will have dividing walls removed, however, front uprights, fascia and ceiling structure will remain.

Ancillary fittings

Should you require any additional walling, shelving, counters or other ancillary items please contact Anchor Exhibitions as early as possible.

Payment Terms

A deposit of 20% of the stand price is payable on acceptance. The balance must be paid within 14 days of receipt of final invoice.

No refunds can be made in the event of cancellation.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF VISITORS

Cancelled Bookings, Lost, Forgotten or Unused Tickets

No duplicate can be issued or any refund made in respect of any lost, forgotten or unused admission tickets or members/guest badges.

Cancellation or Abandonment of the Event

No refunds will be made on the day. In the event of cancellation or abandonment, money paid in respect of advance bookings, or a logical proportion thereof will be refunded on the return to The Living North Christmas Fair events team of tickets/passes which could not be used because of cancellation or abandonment.

Refunds will only be made in respect of any day that is wholly abandoned before the start. Please send tickets stating full name and address of sender and, if different from that of sender, the full name and address of the purchaser to:

Disclaimer of Liability

All tickets and hospitality packages are sold subject to The Living North Christmas Fair events team reserving the right to refuse admission to any person, or to withdraw permission at any time to remain at the racecourse, and shall not be required to give any reason for such action. Save for the death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers or anyone for whom they are responsible, neither the Living North events team, nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies accepts any liability for any accident, illness, loss, damage, injury to visitors or their cars, their contents and accessories or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever.
